On May 18, 2024, Marili Agency held the 28th annual “Selection of the Most Successful Women Managers” at the regional level. This project supports and promotes women in business as successful managers, entrepreneurs, and leaders.
This year, 13 awardees were honored, including 10 from Macedonia and 3 from the region, with Mr. Daria Šurić from the Republic of Croatia among the recipients. The selection is made among female managers from private companies in various fields and industries across the country and the region. Managers are generally recommended by their colleagues and partners, with their consent to participate in the selection process.
This project is highly established in the Republic of North Macedonia and enjoys excellent media coverage. The aim is to encourage women to enter the business world and to inspire younger generations.
