1. Circular Economy – New Business Models and Practices

2. Healthy Food – Trend or Prerequisite for a Healthy Life and Economic Development

3. Digitalization and Automation in Human Resources

Panelists provided their insights on this topic. The long-standing experience of Macedonian experts, compared with the Croatian panelist’s contributions, allowed for a relevant comparison of how healthy food is accepted by citizens in Macedonia and Croatia and how the term “healthy food” is interpreted.

Regarding the first panel session, panellists expressed optimism about increasing and strengthening public awareness of this issue. The Executive Director of Pakomak highlighted examples where the region leads over their country and noted efforts to overcome problems related to waste sorting. Positive experiences from the business community regarding waste management were also shared.

In the digitalisation section, excellent experiences from the IT sector were conveyed, showcasing what this sector can offer in the area of “green digitalisation.” Insights were shared on digitalisation in human resources within the country and region, particularly in sales and insurance sectors, as well as practical experiences highlighting the importance of improving automation in the textile industry.

Overall, the forum successfully addressed the current topics that add value to society and opened the field for numerous future topics and discussions.
