BioVivo Science Celebrates One Year of Growth, Manufacturing Excellence, and U.S.-Made Botanical Innovation at IFT FIRST

The company marks its first anniversary with multiple facility certifications, expanded production capabilities, and an evolving portfolio of botanical ingredients for food and beverage innovation

BioVivo Science, a supplier and manufacturer of premium, science-driven botanical solutions made in the USA, is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a year of significant operational achievements, quality certifications, and portfolio expansion. The company will showcase its accomplishments and growing ingredient offerings at IFT FIRST 2026, Booth #2203.

Since launching its manufacturing facility in Jeffersonville, Indiana, BioVivo Science has established a strong foundation for serving food, beverage, dietary supplement, and pet health brands seeking reliable domestic sourcing and high-quality botanical ingredients. Over the past 12 months, the company has achieved FSSC 22000, cGMP, ISO 9001, Halal, Kosher, and National Animal Supplement Council (NASC) Preferred Supplier certifications, reinforcing its commitment to food safety, quality management, traceability, and manufacturing excellence. BioVivo Science also maintains active participation in Sedex, reflecting its commitment to ethical sourcing, supply chain transparency, and responsible business practices.

“Over the last year, we have focused on building more than a manufacturing facility; we have built a quality-driven organization designed to support our customers’ long-term growth,” said Chris Smith, Director of Tolling & International Sales. “Achieving these certifications while expanding our ingredient portfolio demonstrates our commitment to becoming a trusted U.S.-based partner for brands seeking transparency, consistency, and supply chain reliability.”

At IFT FIRST, BioVivo Science will highlight its recently launched natural caffeine, a clean-label, plant-based energy solution sourced exclusively from green tea (Camellia sinensis). Available immediately for food and beverage formulators, the ingredient offers a naturally sourced alternative to synthetic caffeine for energy applications where clean-label positioning and a smoother, more balanced experience are key.

BioVivo Science will also showcase its water-soluble American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius), one of the most extensively researched North American botanicals, valued for its adaptogenic properties and ability to support resilience to everyday stress. Designed for improved dispersibility in beverage applications, the ingredient demonstrates how traditional botanicals can be adapted for modern functional formats. The company will also feature its bio-converted Reb M, a next-generation stevia sweetener solution that supports sugar reduction with clean sweetness and broad food and beverage application potential.

Visitors are invited to the BioVivo Science booth #2203 to sample wellness shots featuring the company’s American ginseng. Attendees can also learn more about the company’s botanical portfolio, U.S. manufacturing capabilities, and ingredient solutions for food and beverage innovation.
