Vitafoods Innovation Awards is an international event dedicated to the nutraceutical industry, the sector that produces dietary supplements, functional ingredients and health products. In the context of the fair that landed last May 20 in Barcelona, where the latest innovations and market trends were presented, and with the additional goal of creating a platform for contact between companies, experts and industry professionals, Ourvita won the Most Innovative Consumer-ready Nutraceutical Finished Product award with its product Probiotic Oil Baby Drops.
Oil-based probiotic drops, a supplement often used for infants in order to strengthen their immune system, promote the well-being of their intestinal flora and relieve early discomfort, have been developed by Ourvita through an innovative system that reduces the typical sedimentation of probiotics on the bottom through the use of natural oils which, unlike the chemical preservatives often used, provide an excellent clean-label alternative and greater product functionality, as attested to by the patented Easy Shake, which allows the product to be administered in all its effectiveness by shaking the container for a few seconds.
