A new study in the journal Nutrients examines the influence of dietary patterns on oxidative stress markers in patients with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis (HT). The study specifically evaluates the relative contribution of the Mediterranean Diet versus a Gluten-Free Diet, thereby significantly contributing to nutritional therapy in patients with this autoimmune condition.
